1. Order Cancellation

• Before Shipment:       You may cancel your order before it is shipped. To request a cancellation, contact our customer support at rehabstore.in@gmail.com / 7639818518 with your order details. If the cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.

• After Shipment:       Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may be eligible for a return or refund under our Return Policy (see below).

2. Return & Refund Policy

• Eligibility for Return & Refund:  Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and accessories. Return requests must be made within 3 days from the date of delivery. Certain products (such as hygiene-related items, custom-made products, or digital goods) may not be eligible for returns due to health and safety reasons.

• Refund Processing:  Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and credited to your original payment method.

• Non-Refundable Items:  Shipping charges are non-refundable. Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling are not eligible for a refund. If an item is returned after the return window, a refund will not be issued.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must report it to us within  2 days of delivery with photographic evidence.

• We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund based on the case.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

• If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please check with your bank or payment provider.
